OUR SERVICE PLEDGE:

Please ask any questions you might have BEFORE submitting your purchase order.

NOTE:Β Our items are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouses in the USA, Canada, Europe, China and Singapore.Β 

We reserve the right to use five warehouses to fulfill our customers' orders, that means that an order can be shipped from a warehouse in the USA, Canada, Europe, China or Singapore.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:

We ship out from multiple international warehouses. Depending on the Warehouse, demand and current stock, it usually takes 12-24Β Business Days, until you'll receive your order. It depends on the location and product. Some products may require some handcrafting work in advance, that will delay the shipping by a few days.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS: We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by YOUR postal system. Please be sure that you understand this policy before you order.

RETURN POLICY:

YOU THE BUYERΒ PAYS 100% RETURN SHIPPING COST.

Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.Β We REQUIRE that you contact us with your intention to return item within three (3) days of receipt of package. Returned items MUST BE INSURED for damage and loss. Please make sure all tags are included with the item. Refund will be made for the purchase price minus the restocking fee.Β 

If you do not notify us within 3 days of delivery the purchase is not returnable.

Product(s) will be returned to the shipping warehouse. This means you will ship your return national or international.

Please provideΒ the return tracking information to monitor the return.Β If you don’t you will have voided your request for a refund consideration.

Restocking Fee:

We charge a 15% restock fee.
