YOU THE BUYER PAYS 100% RETURN SHIPPING COST (Return Shipping costs are borne by the customer and non-refundable).

Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We REQUIRE that you contact us with your intention to return item within three (3) days of receipt of package. Returned items MUST BE INSURED for damage and loss. Plus tracking information provided by you for your return(s) to Jewelry Bubble.

* Please make sure all tags are NOT moved from product(s). 

Refund will be made for the purchase price minus the restocking fee. 

If you do not notify us within 3 days of delivery the purchase is not returnable.

Product(s) will be returned to the shipping warehouse. This means you will ship your return national or international.

Please provide the return tracking information to monitor the return. If you don’t you will have voided your request for a refund consideration.

NOTE: Our items are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouses in the USA, Canada, Europe, China and Singapore. 

We reserve the right to use five warehouses to fulfill our customers' orders, that means that an order can be shipped from a warehouse in the USA, Canada, Europe, China or Singapore.

Restocking Fee:

We charge a 20% restock fee.

An estimated age can be given based on the appearance of the item and the information we currently have about its history. Our descriptions are designed to simply and accurately describe the product and anything specific that buyers need to know. We will endeavor to point out any visible defects beyond normal antique or vintage wear and tear. If something is important, we'll point it out to you in the description.
