SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE POLICY:
Shipping, Handling and insurance is free.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by YOUR postal system. Please be sure that you understand this policy before you order.
We REQUIRE that you contact us with your intention to return item within three (3) days of receipt of package. Returned items MUST BE INSURED for damage and loss. Please make sure all tags are included with the item. Refund will be made for the purchase price minus the restocking fee.
If you do not notify us within three days of delivery the purchase is not returnable.
We charge a 15% restock fee.
DO NOT SEND BACK TO US…it will void the insurance. We pack exceptionally well but there is always that chance of damage or loss in transit. In this event please file your claim at your Post Office and we will fill out the appropriate insurance forms promptly when sent to us by the carrier (we use Canada Post for all shipping). Please also save the original shipping box and contents to present to your Post Office for a refund.
You deserve to know what happens with your personal contact information. Jewelry Bubble will NEVER and has NEVER sold it’s customer's names and addresses.
