If you have any issues, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We accept returns if the item is seriously misrepresented or completely incorrect.
However, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Failing to read the item description carefully.
- Misunderstanding item details.
- Buyer's remorse (changing your mind).
Please make sure you:
- Review the description and measurements in the listing.
- Double-check the size for yourself or the recipient.
- Understand colors may look slightly different on your screen.

Terms and Conditions for Returns
1. Conditions for Returns
To return an item, you must get approval from Jewelry Bubble first. Please follow these rules:
- Make the return request within 2 days of getting your order.
- Items must be in new condition (unwashed, unworn, and unaltered).
- Keep the item in its original packaging.

Report damaged, faulty, or wrong items within 1 day of delivery.
If not reported on time, no store credit will be given.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized goods (e.g., customized jewelry).
- Opened items with health or hygiene concerns (e.g., bodysuits, swimwear, underwear).
We may refuse returns if items donβt meet these rules.
2. Returning Items
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks (e.g., lost or damaged goods). We recommend using insured and trackable shipping.
- DO NOT send items back without submitting a return request and receiving the address.
Processing and refunds:
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after items are received.
- Refunds are issued as credits to your account or refunded to your original payment method.
- We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be paid by you.

3. Return Process

- Contact us first and provide detailed info along with photos or videos of the damaged item.
- Send the items to our distribution center in their original condition.
- Share tracking numbers, return shipping receipts, and other shipping details with us.
- Refunds are completed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item(s).
Special Notes for Antiques, Collectibles, and Pre-Owned Items
- Antiques and vintage items are not new and will show signs of age. These items are sold as-is.
- Most items donβt have original packaging or certificates unless stated otherwise.
- "Vintage" refers to items over 20 years old based on their appearance and history.
Important: Always review photos and descriptions carefully!
We highlight major flaws that go beyond normal wear and tear. Dimensions and measurements are approximate.
Return shipping for these items is your responsibility and is not refundable. Provide tracking info for your return to avoid refund issues.
