French Limoges porcelain vintage plate flowers ornate rim decorative plate. Hand painted with very beautiful flowers and thick gold gilt surround. It features a cluster of large pink and white flowers elegantly framed by a surround of three leaf clovers, with a gilded elaborately ornamental rim.
